Payment Problem & Redeem Code Error

Hi

After I adjust my Region Then need to submit my payment option but always refuse my VISA , Also I have Bonus Xbox Live Gold Membership Code but also reject as Error Code , Kindly support

I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

Also if you mean change the console or website setting that's not how you change your region
