    Payment pending since 19th of November


    Hi,

    As the subject describes, there's a payment pending since the 19th of November, however, the amount has been reduced from my bank account. Please investigate and provide a solution a.s.a.p.

    Doesn't work, after i choose xbox one it doens't show anything else that most common questions and talk with AI.

    There is other option for Payment & billing etc etc. but is same only most common questions and talk with AI which is very frustraiting and goes nowhere.

    I don't see any option for voice call or anything of this nature.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

    In order to correct this problem, you will need to contact Xbox Customer Support using the steps listed in the screenshot you have posted. I've personally followed those steps many times and always get an option to request a callback
    here in the US, other regions may not have a callback option yet but there should always be a contact option depending on your region. Sometimes you have to play around with the options to get an option to speak with a live agent simply because many issues
    can be resolved using self-service options online that don't require agent help. I'll go ahead and list the steps again and just make sure to follow them step by step without skipping anything as that flow has always led me to request a callback from support
    or an option to speak with a live agent.

    2. Select Xbox One
    3. Select See other options
    4. Select Payment & billing under Account management
    5. Select show contact options and go to step 4
    6. Select "Request a call from Support" if available within hours of operation or there should be a number for you to call and hours of operation for your region if a callback option is not available

    If you continue to encounter issues, please post your exact steps when navigating the contact tool so we can have an idea why you are not getting a contact option since I have confirmed it on my end as working fine. You may even want to try using a different
    web browser or device to try and contact support.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately, we cannot investigate Microsoft billing account issues on the forums since we lack the proper support tools to do so. You would need to contact Xbox Customer support if the item is Xbox related and
    a live support agent should be able to review your order history with you and see why the transaction is still pending on your Microsoft Account order history.

    I'm having the same problem with ultimate pass. Payent on console is due 15/11/19 but my bank was debited on the 18/11/19. Cannot play game pass games or online games.
