Payment pending for xbox, now isn't.

I still haven't actually received confirmation of my pre order of my xbox series x which in itself seems very weird however last week I noticed the payment was pending to leave my bank account which was all fine. I then, a couple days later, received an
email from UPS whereby I could track my package all the way from Denmark. I've looked at my bank account today and the pending transaction has dissapeared and there's no sign of it on any recent transaction. It seems suspect that I still don't have a confirmation
email from xbox and now this pending payment has dissapeared. Has anyone else ran into any of these issues or can anyone advise and what is going on? Thankyou.
