payment options (please help)

Normally a payment option would not show available after an automatic renewal for a subscription has not gone through.

So the first thing you want to do is check the status of your subscriptions by going to account.microsoft.com/services if there is a past due showing there you would need to pay that off first then the payment option will be open back up for you.

if your card is linked to your account you try to make the purchase from pc or xbox

i have spoken to someone from microsoft and apparantly the issue is that the option of mobile payment is currently unavilable, they said they don't know for how long it will stay like this so my assumption is that it is a temporary issue that should get
fixied some time in the future, but just incase that wasnt the case i will specify my problem again, all my previous subscriptions have been payed for and i have tried changing the methode of payment on avilable devices. the issue here is that when i click
on "change payment methode" i only have two options which are credit card or paypal, there used to be a third option which was mobile payment but its just suddenly no longer there and according to what i found online it has nothing to do with my region and
it even says that mobile payment is indeed avilable in my region so idk why or how the option itself just randomly disappeared

Please try clearing your browsers cache and if that doesn't work, use another browser such as IE, FF, Chrome and Safari.
