    Payment options not showing


    Hey guys,

    So, I'm trying to get a new power supply unit (PSU), so I went to services and repair option, filled my information, selected the option o a new PSU but when I go to step 4, to choose a payment method, none is shown.

    I have 2 payments methods added and they work fine but they are not showing.

    Has anyone been through that? How can I fix this?

    not able to change payment options

    i have added a new credit card for a payment option, however the option to select the new payment option is not showing on the "Manage Payment Options" screen it only shows "Edit" or "Remove" for each card is there another way to change the option to the
    new card

    Can you please try completing the transaction using a different browser and also try clearing your browser history and cached data. If after this you are still not able to complete the purchase can you please contact the Xbox Support team directly by
    clicking here and select either the option to Chat With Xbox Support or Request a call from support and they should be able to help you with purchasing the replacement power supply.

    The reason that it is not showing on your account normally means that there is a past due payment due on that payment option and can not be used until that past due is taken care of with another payment option.

    If you do in fact have a valid payment option on your xbox I can suggest perhaps signing into your account on the Microsoft website instead of your console and ensuring your valid payment options shows up there. It could be that the payment option does not
    show up for the Xbox 360 marketplace as it does for Xbox One.
