Payment options issues

So I have about 55$ on my account from cards I have bought at places like GameStop and whatnot. However, whenever I try to go on a game like Battlefield and get a DLC like the Recon Unlock, the option to use my money that it on my account doesn't show up.
It only lets me use a credit card. So does that mean that Imm never gonna be able to buy anything with that 55$?

What happens when you try to add your payment option? Have you tried using a different card to see if there's any change? Be sure that the region of your account and your physical location are the same, as cross-region accounts aren't supported.

im tryin now for 3 weeks to set up my debit card whit my account but its not working at all i called my bank institution and they told me the problem is on your side so... whats up

 

There's something wrong with MS cash accounts and 'EA', I've tried to purchase a few things only to have the cash deducted and the content not unlocking. I've bought stuff from other sources no problem. Had to contact EA and provide proof of purchase with
screenshots of my MS account, Xbox account and give them my XBL email address. They'll probably fix it at some point, being that money is involved.
