For billing issues, I find it easier to contact support on the phone when online options don't seem to be working.

The only reason you couldn't call the US number is that you live in a different country. If that is the case (or you do live in the US), you'll find the appropriate number

You're going to have to call them, as that is the only why to alter your payment options.

I was inappropriately charged and requested a refund for this charge when I called the support service. It was the worst phone support/service I have received in my entire life! I explained my issue several times which fell on deaf ears. I was repeatedly
told I there was nothing they could do for me, that I would need to handle it myself with my bank. The phone call took 41 minutes, when the call was ended by one of the supervisors who hung up on me. I felt as if I was mislead and swindled out of my hard
earned money.

my problem is the error msg that appears when a try to add a credit card, says temporary error try again, but this msg continue, i try for 4 days e this continue happening, the credit card had no problem, its new,

Check your account at
https://billing.microsoft.com and it should show if there is an outstanding balance. If you do have a balance you will have to add a new card to pay off the balance before you can remove the other card.

If you're still having issues, call support and talk to billing.
