    I have been trying to renew my subscription over PC, this did not work as I was always redirected to the american site. I could not add my payment details as this was set to american locations and places with the UK were not an option, also the currency
    was in USD. I tried through my xbox to pay but the payment option did not work as it is used on as many accounts as it is allowed to be and I need to remove it. Trouble is I dont think its on any other account and I dont know how to get past this problem.

    This message usually means there is an issue with a payment and it's usually connected to an old card, so you would need to call support or set up a online chat with Official support.

    Payment option used on as many accounts as it is allowed to be.

    I don't know for sure if this is the problem, but it sounds like your region may be set wrong. Start here:
    live.xbox.com/accountmigration and "move" your region to the UK.
