Discus and support payment option issues in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; im tryin now for 3 weeks to set up my debit card whit my account but its not working at all i called my bank institution and they told me the problem...     Hi there x3! Even when an account is paid up, we still need to have a valid payment method on the card. Have you checked your billing details at commerce.microsoft.com to make sure those are all up-to-date for you?

    My account was suspended due to payment issues even though my membership is active from 10/26/12 to 10/26/13, what gives?

    I also tried to change my payment option when prompted through my xbox and although i get the message it was successful nothing happens at all, its been around a week now, whats going on?

    Why am i being charged if my payment is long from being due?

    Why doesnt it go through when i switch?

    Hey there Killaz 313.

    What happens when you try to add your payment option? Have you tried using a different card to see if there's any change? Be sure that the region of your account and your physical location are the same, as cross-region accounts aren't supported.

    Yes, my grandmother contacted the bank and had her bank like block Xbox or something, because I think it did do an auto renewal already and took money out for it. So basically, I have to talk her into calling her bank and unblocking this? Not happening...
    Guess I will just have to wait until I get my debit card -_-

    Also, if I remove the card while I'm on gold it will get rid of my gold status, even if I used a pre-paid card?

    The reason your account has been suspended is because you owe money. Odds are you got a billing issue error code. The account probably tried to bill your grandmother's card and was refused. You need to either go to billing.microsoft.com and arrange payment
    or contact support and ask to speak with billing.

    The card cannot be removed while you are still in gold status as it will remove the gold. For this, you will need to contact support and ask them to freeze auto renewal on the card. When your gold has run out, you can remove the card.

    Finally all purchasing ability has been frozen until you take care of this. This includes adding codes for content.
