    Hi, do I have to provide a valid billing address for purchasing Xbox content using the amount from my account(money from Gift cards) ?

    Reason why I am asking this is my country is not listed in Xbox account region and this is making me confused. Billing address and console's locale will not match. (My console's region is set as UK)

    Hey there AB! Apologies that you're getting that error message. If you would like to remove a payment option from your account, click here (support.xbox.com/.../remove-xbox-live-payment-option)
    If you would like to change a payment option, follow these steps (support.xbox.com/.../change-xbox-live-payment-option) and if you would

    For billing issues, I find it easier to contact support on the phone when online options don't seem to be working.
