    hi xbox lover i want to buy xbox backward compatibility using xbox card because i dont have any credit card. besides, i live in indonesia not in US, it's quite difficult for me to buy xbox one bc game digitaly. I hope i can buy bc games as much as i can

    Unfortunately the only way to purchase backwards compatible games with currency on your account is through a 360 console. Through a One you can only make the purchase if you use a credit card or Paypal.

    360 games aren't working

    If you are trying to buy BC games via the Xbox One console you need to have a payment method in place for that store, either a card or PayPal. Without that payment method in place you can't buy or download. You also should be able to buy directly from a
    360 console.

    For the other issue, try going into settings and clearing the 360 cache and see if that helps.

    360 BC games previously downloaded shouldn't require Gold, only the Xbox One games do.

    RustyBucket21 is correct. As of right now, you can't buy Xbox 360 BC games from your Xbox One, only from the website or your Xbox 360. Hopefully they will enable purchasing BC games on the One soon. In the meantime, in order to buy free Xbox 360 items
    from the website they require a method of payment. Having money on your account from currency(gift) cards isn't sufficient. Oddly enough, you can however buy free Xbox One items from xbox.com without a method of payment on file.

    Prepaid cards (gift cards) can't be used as a payment option for 360 BC games.

    You'll have to add a credit card or a paypall account to your payment options.

    If you still have a Xbox 360 console you can buy them from there without the need of adding a payment option.
