payment methord/option

To do a split payment you need to start a purchase with your credit card and it should ask if you want to use the remaining funds in your account first. However, not all content can be purchased using a split payment, so there is a chance your card will
be charged the full amount.

you should be able to chooses a payment methord from the settings menu

Sign into account.microsoft.com using a pc or mobile and under payments make sure your payment is your new one. If your still having the issue saying no payment methord try removing the account from the console settings account remove. Hold the power button
till shut down then restart and add the account back and try again.

If its still the same then you need too add the payment methord on a xbox 360 console. This is because its using the xbox 360 marketplace this is especally true if you never made a xbox 360 purachse before on a 360
