    So microsoft hasnt taken out $15 for ultimate pass and every time i try to pur in my credit card information it tells me “something happend on our end, waiting helps” but ive been waiting for a year now

    1 - No once purchased - it will not be canceled if you change the CC# on file.

    2 - There is never a charge to change cards(I know the Microsoft store charged me a 1$ before placing a purchase)

    3 - Yes then you will be able to do auto renewal on the card.
