    how do i fix payment method cant be authorized i think its because i canceled payments through paypal?

    XOne "Use a different way to pay" problem

    Go to billing.Microsoft.com, pull up your account, remove you payment methods, then re-ad your payment methods.

    Have you contacted your card issuer (usually your bank) to see if XBL transactions are being blocked on their end?

    If everything looks OK on their end, you'll need to contact phone support for your region.

    If the solution steps above did not work as provided by the support documentation, then you will need to follow through with solution 5 which would be to either get prepaid cards from a retail store for your region or if you live in the United States / United
    Kindgom you can get digital codes e-mailed to you after paying for them at an online store like Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, and for the UK, Game.Co.UK.

    As far as not getting the $2 back or what not, that is dependent on your banking institution, like I said it's a pending charge, or a temporary authorization. It is either returned back to you within 72 hours or your next billing statement period (usually lasting
    1 month) and that is again, totally dependent on your banking institution. You may want to contact them for information on that.
