I purchased a premium pass in World of tanks blitz, money was taken but no pass appeared in game.

contacted wargames was told it was a microsoft issue.

contacted microsoft was told couldn't have a refund.

How do I get my money back or my pass added to game?

Hi, thanks for replying, the purchase does show on my microsoft account. I have tried to get help from my account and it re-directs me to xbox.

You've got nothing to worry, there is still a way for you to make your refund request approved. You will need to dispute the refund decision by replying to the refund email results and help them understand that your refund should be granted.

After submitting your refund dispute, you will receive an update from them within 72 hours.

I have also experienced a similar issue before and had my refund request approved after submitting a dispute.

Hi, I tried that and was told I am not eligible for a refund because I don't fill the criteria. Refund was refused as stated in my microsoft account.

Kindly try to confirm if the purchase for the premium pass shows up on your account by signing on account.microsoft.com > Payment and Billing > Order History.
