    hi gamers, i have some problem.

    I have an xbox one s and I want to buy a xbox 360 game compatible for xbox one ( Alice: back to the land of madness) but when I ll do the payment I get a message telling me that the payment account is not valid but I don't have problem to buy other games.
    What can I do?

    Alice:back to madness is a great game. I just finish it. You can speak to customer support regarding this matter and maybe they would be able to assist you further. You can request a call back or speak to a live agent via char. What region are you in?

    Hello this problem is usually given, but you can buy your game directly from the store on the xbox page in the same way make sure you have a credit card or paypal account. Greetings.
