Payment Info and Option Errors all over

So I'm using the same creditcard since 2 years and everything worked well. Now I should update my Payment Option and it gave me an Error Code. The Creditcard (Mastercard) is working! and is valid until 2018!

I can't change my payment options (error code), add another option (paypal) or edit the billing adress (invalid postcode?!?!). I also tried a 3 months Gold Member Code --> error (0x80169D3A)

I also have no acces to my account (8D1EB8EC53C7E0)

I always get an error code or a report that says: "Ups this error shouldn't have happen. You found an error in the system" ...

This whole problem appered first on Monday the 10th, the support did nothing. First they said it's cause of the maintance work, I should try in 48 hours or my cc is blocked for 48 hours.

Never have been worried about payment info, not like I would be liable for unauthorized charges on any of those payment options anyhow.

Go to https://billing.microsoft.com. Verify your payment option, that all of the info is correct, and verify that all of your account info matches your credit card info. If possible, try to remove
the payment option then re-add it if all is in check.

When you get this error '0x80169D3A'. It can mean one of two things,

1. Your account has been suspended or blocked, because of suspicious activity such as fraud

2. There is a problem with your Bank and billing information that you have stored onto your account.

Solution,

You can contact Microsoft through this link bellow

support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

Then click onto chat to Microsoft icon after the Ambassadors.

Or you can edit your bank information at,

Sign in to your Microsoft account

Then click onto billing once you have signed into your account

Im trying to add my billing information for a credit card so i can purchase the cat woman bundle on arkham city.

The problem is after iv'e typed in my postcode and submit the address it come up with the message "Enter a valid postal code before continuing". The problem is that THIS IS a valid postal code.

I've tried changing the region setting to New zealand on my xbox and my hotmail account.

any suggestions why its not working? its a new zealand post code and iv'e tried a different one to make sure, its doesn't seem to like the nz post code.
