    Payment in game purchases


    Hi I was playing with my Grandson on the game fortnite and I had to pop out of the room for a few minutes then came back and carried on with game. After we finished playing I got a message from Microsoft confirming an order for Fortnite - 1,000 V- bucks
    I don’t know how this happened and my grandson was un aware he made a purchase how can I stop this happening in the future?

    Has any one any ideas thanks in anticipation.

    Hi there,

    There are a few things you can do. The easiest is to create a passkey for the account and require that to be entered for purchases.

    The steps and other options available can be found

    The best way to make sure this doesnt happen again is rrmove your credit card from his payment methods. You should be able to manage this online, or MS Billing Support should be able to help with it

    I own minecraft for windows 10 but it has been removed from store

    Once you purchase a digital game it's yours. If they take it out of the store it's not available for other people to purchase but you already own the digital license. If you have any questions you can reach out to Microsoft purchases and payment from this

    Can't purchase Backwards Compatible game from the microsoft store

    Hi, things work very strangely when it comes to backwards compatible titles and payment options added on an Xbox One, for whatever reason you can't use a payment option to purchase these games if you added it on an Xbox One, you have to add the payment option
    on an Xbox 360..........funky huh

    I added a payment option to my account at account.microsoft.com or on my Xbox One console, but I don't see the payment option when I try to purchase.

    If you don't see the payment option when you try to make a purchase, you need to add
