    right then lads, idk if this is a problem with my card or with my Xbox account but I’ve gone to pay for something multiple times (with enough money in my card) using all 3 different payment methods and every time I’ve tried to pay for it, a pop up menu has
    come up saying that my bank cannout authorise this payment but I have enough money on my card and i entered all my details now correctly and I have no outstanding payments, someone help.

    Interesting that nobody seems to know the answer to this relatively simple question! lol
    One way of figuring it out is just to check out psc's HP - they list all of their "partners" - platforms that offer the payment method.
    I happen to know, through this site that you can very well use all sorts of PP cards to buy fifa coins!

    Hi, I currently have £5 on my xbox account. I tried to pay for one month of EA Access which is £3.99 however, to pay, I have to put in a credit card. This is really annoying as I have to put in a credit card even though I have £5 in my account and it might
    take money from the credit card instead. This always happens when I try to buy something with money in my account and it always says that I have to put in a bank card which I'm not sure if it will use the money in my account or use the money in the credit
    card. Please tell me if there is a way to pay for something without entering a credit card, and if there isn't, please tell me if it will take the money from the credit card or use the money in my account. Thank you for taking your time to read this! Payment Help :)

    https://billing.microsoft.com     and make sure everything is configured correctly with regards to your payment options according to this sticky:

    forums.xbox.com/.../153161.aspx     ? If there are any discrepancies in your billing information you may encounter errors.

    If everything looks good on your end then I would recommend getting in touch with phone support for your region.

    Microsoft currency can only be used to be purchase games, DLC, avatar items, etc. from the Xbox store. Even though EA Access is available to purchase from the Xbox store, it is a subscription service from EA. You can't use Microsoft currency to pay for
    third party subscriptions, or any subscription really.
