Payment help.

I got a message saying my account was suspended for a charge that was declined. I have recently put money on the debit card to pay for the charge. How can I pay for it? Will the charge be resubmitted by itself or is there a way to make the payment go through?

I am still able to use all the features of gold so I don't really know why it says I'm suspended but I do see where it declined my purchase of a game.

One way of figuring it out is just to check out psc's HP - they list all of their "partners" - platforms that offer the payment method.
I happen to know, through this site that you can very well use all sorts of PP cards to buy fifa coins!

Hi, I currently have £5 on my xbox account. I tried to pay for one month of EA Access which is £3.99 however, to pay, I have to put in a credit card. This is really annoying as I have to put in a credit card even though I have £5 in my account and it might
take money from the credit card instead. This always happens when I try to buy something with money in my account and it always says that I have to put in a bank card which I'm not sure if it will use the money in my account or use the money in the credit
card. Please tell me if there is a way to pay for something without entering a credit card, and if there isn't, please tell me if it will take the money from the credit card or use the money in my account. Thank you for taking your time to read this!

 

As this is a billing issue you would need to phone support for your region & speak to them.Explain the situation & they should be able to take any owed payments & unblock your account.
