    Paypal noticed me a payment for 12.99 (Ultimate Pass) but still the pass isn't working.

    I'm italian, i need assistance and i'm even waiting for a call from xbox but the wait is over 90 min.

    Late payment caused by COVID, QUARANTINE, but i received a lot of fast automatic mails from xbox for my money, now xbox have my money and i don't have my f******* pass, and i'm stuck home and going mad
