The problem is that I have several times paid for a gold account, without my consent.

Gold status i used a long time ago, when I have a was xbox 360, a for authenticity, I think you can see activity a my Profile

I probyval disable payment, on one's own repeatedly, but without success. I did is just today (but I'm not sure)

Now I think, that unexpected write-offs will not be. BUT, I want a get back at least share of the money that had been written off without the need

Xbox account hacked and unauthorized payments

Hello, recently my xbox account was hacked and the e-mail has been changed. There has also been a payment of 149.99 EUR without my knowledge or consent. Is there any way I could regain access to my account and refund the purchase? Thank you.

ok depends 1st you must have a payment option on filefile to validate if you are an adult or not

Unless the price shows as 15 bucks it is still free as long as you have gold not home gold

And yes home gold only applies on the Xbox one not Xbox 360 marketplace

And no child accounts can't make purchases without an adults consent on an 360 console

If two accounts were created, it means you went through the process of creating an account twice. And it most certainly shouldn't upgrade both to gold without your consent.
