Payment for Xbox live gold subscription refused

Hello,

My subscription have been suspended due to a non-payment, but I have enough money on my bank account to pay the subscription.

Since I am looking for a solution but nothing happens. I have already change twice of payment means.

I don't know what I have to do, can you help me ?

Even though the Xbox Live Gold trial subscription is free, we need a payment option on file because the subscription will renew to a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription unless you cancel it. You must add a payment option such as a credit card or PayPal to your
account for it. If you don’t want a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription after your Xbox Live Gold trial subscription ends, you will need to cancel it.

As clarified in the support page you need a valid method of payment linked to your account in order to get the free trial:
