    Payment failed


    Good afternoon! 12 November 2000 ZEN paid in the game, but the money has not arrived on the account. Money from the card and wrote off the letter with proof of purchase. The ARC support this purchase can not see.

    Please help.

    I understand a payment has failed for xbox live gold.As soon as your payment is sucsessful you will be able to play this game

    Failed Paypal-payment

    Hello,

    My name is Bas from The Netherlands. I've got a problem with my Xbox Live Gold membership payment. Microsoft wanted me to pay via Paypal, but it failed several times for reasons I don't know why. I tried to solve it, but I couldn't find the problem.

    Not able to pay with Paypal, I bought a prepaid card for 12 months. But when I try to redeem it, my Xbox gives the 80153021 error code. It's very annoying because I'm trying to pay my membership in different method than Paypal, but it's not accepted. Can
    anyone help me so I can play with Xbox Live again?

    Hi There,

    Is it at all possible that the card details have been entered correctly and that there is available funds in your account.

    If this is possible maybe contact your bank provider.

    Hello ExoticLiving,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Pre order payments could be declined for a few reasons. Keep in mind that Xbox will not take payment for the pre order until 10 days before release day.

    If there is not enough funds left in the payment instrument, or the bank declines the charge, you could experience this issue. You would have been sent a message to your email when this happens. Follow the steps in the message you received, or the steps
    below:

    1. Sign into your account at
      account.microsoft.com/orders      .
    2. Within your order history, find the pre-ordered game and select Change how you pay.
    3. On the Pick another way to pay screen, you can either choose a different payment method, or add a new one.

    Hi Francia. That site had the solution. I think I made things worse by not using the exact error wording.

    The solution was to sign out and then to quit the game and restart.
