    So i saw the deal where you can buy 3 months xbox live for 40% off, so i bought a 25 dollar microsoft card and entered the code in fine. I bought a $5 dlc for a game and it worked fine, but when i go to buy the 3 months xbox live i cant confirm the purchase
    until i add a payment option, but the only payment option i can use is my microsoft money, but i cant select that until i confirm the purchase. So i pretty much cant buy the xbox live i wanted to.

    Help?

    Hi

    Have you contacted your card company to confirm if they are blocking the purchase as the error is suggesting? After this you could also try deleting the card from your account and reload it to see if that helps.

    hi there. I have been having issues with purchasing a bundle pack "Arcade game Series 3-in-1 Pack" and I have money on my credit card but it says "we do not have authorization to do so" or "contact your bank" stuff like that. I can't buy anything and I'm

    Payment Errors

    You can't buy xbox live with your account money.

    You can only buy it with a credit/debit card or paypal account or use a actual live subscription card which come in 1,3 & 12 month subscriptions.

    Add a payment option to your account. When you do that it'll give you the option to add the balance on your account. It happened to me a dew months back. Hope this helps.

    ^^That's only for digital content.

    As I said,you can't use account/wallet money to buy xbox live.

    As far as I know Argentina isn't a region where Xbox Live is officially available

    www.xbox.com/.../countries so that might be the problem why you are not able to call them from your region

    Were you trying to purchase these on the Website or directly from the console?

    I seem to have more luck when I'm getting them on the console.

    This error does mean that you owe money and your purchasing/playing online ability has been suspended until it is rectified. I see you said that you have been trying to pay via paypal and it has not been working. Call support and ask to speak with billing
    (they are the only ones who can help). Tell them the situation and they should be able to help you out. Good luck.
