    Payment error


    I am new to xbox and i wanted to purchase the xbox game pass. I've been trying to add my payment information but the system was not accepting the details, It was prompting an error as Card details are not correct, check the name or card number, Although the details were correct. Please help me with this issue, so that i can enjoy gaming.

    As far as I know Argentina isn't a region where Xbox Live is officially available

    www.xbox.com/.../countries so that might be the problem why you are not able to call them from your region

    Were you trying to purchase these on the Website or directly from the console?

    I seem to have more luck when I'm getting them on the console.

    This error does mean that you owe money and your purchasing/playing online ability has been suspended until it is rectified. I see you said that you have been trying to pay via paypal and it has not been working. Call support and ask to speak with billing
    (they are the only ones who can help). Tell them the situation and they should be able to help you out. Good luck.
