    Payment EA Access with problems


    Hi.

    I signed the EA ACCESS, hours later appeared twice the charge on the card, after a while, my EA ACCESS stopped working, but its collection continues in the card invoice and in the settings of the xbox it seems like canceled, what should I do ?

    In the purchase history of XBOX, the following appears: TWO TIMES COLLECTED EA ACCESS AND ONLY REFUNDED, I still should have my signature because I was only refunded one of the charges that had on the card.

    I used a payment option "use a code" for EA Access. I put $30 in my account when I did that.

    This is listed in the FAQ that is on that page:

    What payment methods can I use to purchase EA Access membership?

    At the moment, we can only accept credit card and PayPal payments for EA Access membership.

    Anything that is purchased from a third party (Netflix, Hulu, EA Access, etc.) cannot be paid for with Microsoft currency since you're not paying Microsoft.

    i canceled the services of EA Access but they still charging me, the service is unavailable for me to use, but my card was charged 5,30U$, my balance is negative, and i ask vehemently to solve this and refund me as fast as possible, otherwise i will be charged
    35U$ bank's fee, and i won't be no even a bit satisfied. Thank you

    Xbox cant buy stuff

    I just found what was causing the Problem, i went to my Subscriptions and for EA Access there was a Payment Error which i had to fix. I clicked it and could add my Paypal as my Payment option. Problem solved. :D

    please double check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services     to verify the subscription has indeed stopped,

    - if it still shows as active then you should be able to cancel it immediately from there.

    - if it has stopped then it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft SUpport Chat at
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
    they are the only ones that can handle payment/billing issues like this.
