    Earlier I was pre ordering a game, and i had $30 on my account, and i thought it was possible to split the pay (charge $30 from the account and $30 on any source) and I made a mistake with accidentaly choosing one method as a whole and not split, when I
    click "change how you pay", the split pay option isn't there, what could I do? I don't want to cancel cause I might lose my bonuses.

    To add to what Smwutches the best way probably would be to cancel the pre order and then when going through the payment process choose the MS account money first as your first option then it should ask how you want to pay the rest.

    You would want to contact support and speak to billing to see if they can change it.
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us Otherwise, you would have to cancel then repurchase.
