Payment card won't delete.

Step 1 ----select Xbox One

Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes

Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Also, if there are active subscriptions or outstanding debts on the account those must be canceled and paid off before a payment option can be changed/removed.

There also needs to be a billing account on file. So I don't believe you can truly remove all cards off of the account. Further and more complex questions need to be directed toward Microsoft support's billing staff.

Since you don't use the service too often, you could just remove the payment option all together.

Another option is to call your bank/credit card provider to ask them why the details won't delete.

i added new card to my account but payment its still on old card and i cant change this or delete old card.i call to support in monday but mayby its possible to change payment to another card.

| just recently got a new visa debit card because my old one got damaged. when i go to manage my payment options it won't let me delete my old card or add my new one plus my new one was valid at on 12/2011
