    "Payment cannot be processed, Please contact us" This has never happened before


    I've always used prepaid visa cards for xbox live gold. I stopped using xbox live for a little while. Decided I was going to go back to it. My cards are good. I've tried everything I can, delete card add again, change payment method. All of the tips I could
    find online, I tried it, nothing works. I get "Payment cannot be processed, please contact us" What is the problem Microsoft? I guess they don't want money.

    You should be able to manage that transaction to switch payment instruments in order to make the payment. It sounds like the transaction was never processed.

    Hey again Rocker. Let's try redownloading your profile.

    -Delete your profile ONLY (do NOT delete profile and items; here's a guide:
    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete
    ).

    -Clear your system cache 3 times in a row (really, 3 times; use this guide:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache
    ).

    -Restart your console.

    -Download your profile (use the first guide again).

    Also, when you say you had a friend license transfer it to his console, do you mean you had him license transfer all of the trouble content and it's no longer licensed to your console?
