    Hi, i am really stuck and just want to buy my vbucks however my gran and grandad bought me back american gift cards (60$ worth) for xmas and i am in the uk so i searched up how to redeem them and changed my locale and that to the US however when i came to
    buying it it said i needed a billing address and i have no idea what to put for that and the zip code and all that,

    need to know how to buy my vbucks

    Can you try some other payment mode such as another credit card or paypal and clear your due balance? You can turn off automatic renewal if you do not want it to be renewed.

    Hello,

    For Auto-Renews such as EA Access, or Xbox Live require a credit or debit card. (Or PayPal if you have it). The card is not charged if you cancel it in time for only 1 month to be charged.

    I know your internet is working fine with other devices but for us to best isolate the issue, can you try connecting the console to a different network? A mobile hotspot for example?
