Payment accepted By Microsoft for fallout 1st, but not accepted in the game.

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your billing account and see what might be causing that issue.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Im trying to buy fallout season pass but my prepaid visa wont get accepted says use diferent form of payment

Microsoft has stopped accepting ideal Payments but is not honest about this. I 2 can't use ideal payments anymore. I have had contact with Microsoft multiple times and they couldn't tell me why they have stopped accepting ideal payments. Solution, I am changing team. Going to the blue team. Sony probably accepts ideal. Terrible customer service Microsoft. Almost two decades I have been with Microsoft Xbox. I am leaving Xbox because it has been made impossible to buy Digital and physical games.

good lord, how is microsoft getting this so badly wrong. Online payments should be a solved issue at this point in time, amazon does countless thousands per hour, WHY cant microsoft accept ONE of the 3 credit cards (in good standing) that i submit. Moreover,
they have accepted a payment for a 12 month Gold Account, then ten minutes later refuse to accept a payment for a game, from any of my accounts. This is ridiculous and will end up with me returning the device to the store tomorrow as it is clearly not fit
for purpose. Shambles.

It accept all payment type. Just check with Microsoft website to check more information about all payment types.
