    More than likely what happened was you had a past due payment on your Xbox live and until they allow you to input a new live subscription they will want you to settle your debt.

    I can not make a payment for Microsoft Music for until 04/25/2017. I bought a XBOX LIVE "GOLD" 12 months card for $59.99 from GameStop in January 2017 for my son's XBOX and activated in January. I'm confused as to why I'm being billed for this Microsoft
    Music. Could I please get an explanation.
