paying outstanding subs with microsoft money

Past due payments can only be made with credit card or Paypal.

Tried restarting xbox nothing same thing tried direct on xbox same things says i gotta pay outstanding sub which money there for but wont take it so brought card and wont even take the code

Yep,it's the same as a gold subscription,you can't pay with money in your Microsoft account,it needs to be a E.A. sub card,credit/debit card or paypal.

Thats *** tho, If theres no money on the card when you have auto renewal turned on, then Microsoft should just leave the account with silver and not charge it? How is that *** fair? Ad how come I cannot pay an outstanding balance with the card that has the
debt if the funds are sufficient?
