    So just recently, i purchased the Borderlands 2 "Ultimate Upgrade pack 2", which cost roughly £3-4.

    So i thought i could download it from the dashboard, so i go there and it's not in my active downloads.

    So i go to download it again and it says i must purchase it AGAIN. So now I've went on to Borderlands 2 to download it again, and now i must BUY IT AGAIN!

    So in reality, I've just lost £6-8 on an item should have only had to pay for ONCE.

    As bootstrap says, it will be in your download history.

    Have you changed console at all since buying it?

    The active download section is for items that are currently downloading, not what you have bought in the past.

    Download history is where you will find you old downloads.

    Did you read that right??????

  9. Yeah, active downloads = what is currently downloading. Now i want you to understand this, ANYTHING that is bought and starts downloaded would be put there. To be able to download from the dashboard.

    So now you're stating that I read it wrong when i buy it and it starts downloading it goes to "Active downloads", which then would allow me to download from the Dashboard?

    Also, just because you don't seem to be able to see clearly, I only just bought it a day ago, which i had to pay twice for.

  10. When you tried to re-download it and found out you needed to pay for it, you obviously didn`t go to your download history as that`s where it would have been for free.

    The point i am making is that you were looking in the wrong place to begin with.

    Why would you try and re-download something that is in the process of downloading???

    I had this happen to me once. I recommend contacting support and then they will pull up your purchase history and correct the problem and credit you back what you paid for twice

    Faster maybe, but much more expensive.

    If you have spent an extra 5 seconds going to download history you would have saved yourself two days on the forum, and probably half an hour on the phone.

    I had a similar problem with Ms. Splosion Man. I won a code for it, but If I go to its page on the Marketplace, it says "Purchase". However, when I go to my Download History, it's there.

    But if you think being billed twice was a mistake, you can always contact Xbox Support, like someone suggested above me.
