    I paid for Premium in Sudoku late last year and was never able to play Sudoku again AT ALL. I paid for the Premium $14.99 in the Solitaire Games as a renewal on my Subscriptions and now I can't play any of the older Solitaire games (months and years) It says I need to get Premium WHICH I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR ON 12/27/2020!!!

    Hello, when you look under billing does it show the payment for a year? When you look under subscriptions does it show the year subscription? I know it can be frustrating but all you need to do is call up support and speak with a representative and all of this will be taken care of.
