Paying for minecraft realm, but it says it is expired though it is not.

I have exactly the same issue, and it has happened twice to me now. The Realm says it has expired even though the recurring billing function charged me on the renewal date, then a few days later the realm says expired, and so I click renew and it charges me for a new realm as well. I am currently being charged for 3 realms when I actually only have 1!!!

Can someone please help.

No, There is one inactive realm which I cancelled well over a year ago. The only other one that is there is currently active, but it says expired in Minecraft.

5. Were you able to use this Minecraft Realms work 5 months ago? When did you notice the issue begun?
