    Hi there.

    I have put a £15 voucher onto my son's account (his account says the £15 is on there), I am now trying to purchase a Minecraft texture pack and a game (Lego Marvel Avengers) for him using the £15 but it doesn't give me an option to use the credit he has,
    It keeps asking me to input billing details. Why would I need to do this if he has a £15 credit on his account? He also has an xbox live gold annual membership account.

    Can someone please tell me how to use the £15 to pay? Thanks.

    Two gamers on one console (me and my son)

    Back ground: I am paying for an live gold subscription. The subscription is associated with my account for obvious reasons. Both my son (10) and I (really old) have Microsoft live accounts and xbox gamer tags associated with the one xbox 360 console in
    the house. His Microsoft live account in in "my family" for my Microsoft live account.

    Can my son play under his gamer tag using my live gold subscription?

    If no, I assume my solution is log into my son's account and pay for the subscription under his microsoft live account using my payment info. If that the only solution?

    If we both want to play live using our own gamer tags would I have to pay for two subscriptions?

    Hello, I got given them as Xbox gift card, but when I try to pay on the Xbox it didn’t give me a Microsoft account payment option? Just my card/paypal/redeem voucher or Apple Pay? But if I use the £100 to buy say modern warfare what will happen to the remainder £30 ? If it’s just using the voucher code not Microsoft balance ?

    I’ve tried and I’ve tried and it’s not working I’ve just put a voucher on my sons account and he’s bout the console pass instead of the Xbox live monthly pass so he can’t get online

    I apologize but it's not possible to transfer a voucher or gift card balance from one Microsoft account to another. Once it has been redeemed, it will always be associated with your account. However, what I can recommend is to use the voucher or Microsoft Account Balance to purchase items for your son's account.

    To do this, you can sign in to your Microsoft account and use your gift card balance to make a purchase on the Microsoft Store. The purchase will be charged to your Microsoft Account Balance and will be added to your son's account.
