Paying for Gamepass

hello dear Xbox Support,

since a long time i cant use Paypal for payment option for my xbox so i cant buy the gamepass. Now i got a month free for gamepass and would like to buy a month again so i went outside and bought an Xbox-Gamepass card. I went back home,typed in the code
and wanted to buy another Month of the Gamepass. But when i want to pay i somehow need to activate another payment option next to the normal Payment over the Gamepass giftcard for 9,99€. The problem is i cant pay with paypal because it somehow doesnt work
for me,neither does the other options even though i have enough money on my account due to the giftcard. Please help me

So if I don't want to pay for Gamepass, the only option is to pay for a mail in entry?

Instead of a Gold promotion this should be a Gamepass promotion.

Hello, you will need to pay the total price of gamepass ultimate if you wish to continue your subscription after January 6th. If you would like to go back to just gamepass, you can cancel your gamepass ultimate and resume paying for gamepass.

Have you tried to do this through xbox.com? I had the same issue but when I did it through the website it gave me the option to turn off reoccurring billing and the purchase went through with no issues.

Hi Chillidog,

You an request a call from support with this guide. The support options change you need to select different ones to request a call or chat.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
