    Paying for a down (xbox live) service..


    Once again live is down. I rarely get a chance to relax and play Xbox live these days, only to find out the service that I pay for and have paid for the last 7 years is down. WTF, get it together Microsoft..

    Xbox LIVE can't connect error.

    Xbox live down as well. Wish the service that I am paying for would work as advertised. I would like the Xbox live team to get this issue resolved ASAP!

    So Should MS reach out and thank Finest Squad?

    MS does give reimbursement. I got reimbursed for 3 or 4 days shortly after TItanfalls Release when Xbox live was only really down for a few hours

    I agree it has been pretty sad lately. What are we paying 60$a year for?. I have slowly been switching over to pc gameing. Might just sell all the xbox crap to buy good gaming pc...less bs

    I swear XBox Live is down at least once a month which means I can't access online games, video streaming services, or other services I may pay a fee for, such as Sling TV. My concern is that if I pay for a yearly subscription to XBox LIve, but I don't receive
    a year of service. Please add one day of service to my plan for every day that XBox Live is down. If I miss a payment, XBox Live denies me service. If XBox doesn't deliver it's service, it seems fair that the the consumer should get something in return.
    Or maybe I should have bought a PS4.
