    I am trying to buy game content on my xbox using existing funds in my microsoft account. When i try to pay with my account it keeps saying ‘we are having a little problem’ and to restart and try again. It has been saying this for a few weeks and i have
    restarted lots but still not working. Any help would be great? Thanks

    Have you tried to log out of your account/profile, restarting and signing back in?

    You can also try to delete your account, restart and add it back again

    Yeah, I found this out the hard way when I wanted to buy Bully when it was on sale.

    Couldnt use my converted currency through the website and lost out on a great deal because Microsoft is too lazy to update the website when they force changes on the user.

    Still bummed about not getting Bully.

    The website hasn't been updated to use currency yet. So you can only use a credit card or Paypal on the website.

    My refund request got excepted on the 19th of august and I still haven’t got my Xbox credits(money) back
