Payed for Sonic 3 and Sonic and knuckles and not giving!

I have tried buying sonic 3 about 4 times and sonic and knuckles once. It comes out of my bank account but it doesn’t actually give me the game and I have tried restarting and looking at my order history. But nothing and I am not sure why?

I just tried Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles; it's just Sonic 1 that's giving me problems.

I attended some users that were having trouble purchasing Sonic and Sonic & Knuckles just like you. Were you trying to buy direct from Microsoft/Xbox Store?

If it's not really showing there, you have two options:

1. Try to contact Xbox Support and ask for the game and/or refund. You can contact Xbox Support at:

or

2. If they don't get you the game and refund you the other orders (you said 4, right?), then you will need to contact your bank or credit card company to dispute/cancel those charges. I'm pretty sure Xbox Support will tell you the same if you contact them and the order is not showing on your order history.

And just to be clear, I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm not a Microsoft or Xbox employee. I don't have access to user accounts, purchases or charges.

Yes I did buy it off the Xbox store.But anyways thank you for your help.

I've just played Sonic 3 & Knuckles, Knuckles in Sonic 2 and Blue Sphere on my 360, made a save onto the cloud for each of them, and it seemed to actually be the fix I needed to be able to play them on the X1. Thanks for the persistence in help, got there
eventually.

I guess rather than pick up on our Sonic 1, 2 and 3 ownership or cloud saves it picks up on the separate saves WITHIN Sonic & Knuckles for Blue Sphere, Knuckles in Sonic 2 and Sonic 3 & Knuckles.
