Payed for one year of gold (BR$ 90 + taxes) and seems like it was for one month only

Last month I payed for one year renewal for my xbox live gold subscription.

Now yesterday I was playing a FIFA match and i suddenly disconnected. Now it says upgrade to gold everywhere.

Where can I contact you besides here?

Yes, there are local taxes when purchasing gold memberships and Xbox LIVE Gold points via the website or console. It doesn't look like EBGames in Canada has any sort of 1 month gold subscriptions. They seem to only sell 3 month, and 12 month membership cards,
and as for Microsoft Points they seem to only carry 1400 and 2800 for Canada.

I accedentally payed for two 3 months subscriptions for xbox gold but i only ment to pay for one 3 month. is there anyway do deleate one of the 3 month subscriptions so i only pay for one subscription.

These forums are largely user based, so getting a response just depends on who is here and who has an answer.

You can check Sign in to your Microsoft account to make sure it shows the correct subscription purchased, although you are still showing as gold here so unless it shows an issue on that site, there
should not be any problems.

There it shows my account expiring only on august 2015, however I cant use it.

I try to contact them through the second link you posted but says its unavailable. Also I cannot find a brazilian number to call. Thats the reason I tried here.

 

I mean, I thought this was not user based, this was MS based, since there is no other (easy) way to contact them.
