Payed for Gold but i cant use it

I have payed for xbox live 1 month like 5 times because it just kept saying your account lacks competence for this mode or some bull like that. I have tried for an hour but i still cant play stuff that require gold, it just asks if i want to buy gold but
if i have been debited then i should have gold, please help.

Can't sign into xbox live on guest account.

I payed $99 for Black Ops 3 and I cant even play zombies with my friend here at my house. i have a Gold Membership and I've tried to just play as "Local" but it tells me guests aren't allowed to access it. What is up with that? i am very frustrated. i payed
$99 for this game and i believe i should be able to use it to its full extent, which i cant. PLEASE HELP.

 

conecting to xbox live

when I try to go to x-box live i cant due to another avatar is with my account and I cant get in anything to get rid of it . I would like to be able to use the gold membership I just payed for.

Check in the "Subscriptions" section of the console if the service is active. If it is active, try deleting your profile from the console and re-download it again.
