I checked the order history and yes the codes were redeemed.

I already got Apex but on Origin Launcher, does I need to install Apex from the Microsoft Store to have the coins ?

And on that case, It means that i have to uninstall it from Origin to re-download it from Microsoft Store ? ( I clicked on " Install on my devices " and it seems that i can't because it is wirted that i don't have the appropriated device ? )

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. When you say you purchased two cards, are these codes redeemable for 1000 apex coins? If they are, when you redeemed them are you on the same account that you redeemed them on? You can check this by going
to your
order history to see if you see the codes that were redeemed. Also, you may want to check the ready to install items. To do this, go to my games and apps>highlight Apex>hit the start button>go to manage game>then look in ready to install.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with that update.

In regards to re-install that game onto your PC. The game itself is not being distributed from the Microsoft Store. So you would be unable to install it from that location as for Microsoft, it is only available on the Xbox One.

However the game is accessible across multiple platforms, and since you are using Origin as your launcher, you would have instead have purchased this via

this link instead.

There is a possibility that launching the title on an Xbox One console would supersede this, however, since you mentioned that you have your account synced to Origin correctly, I would encourage you to reach out to

EA for a bit more assistance on how to receive that in-game currency that you purchased.
