    Cancelling Xbox live subscription

    I payed for £6.00 for 3 months on Xbox 360 live but I don’t know how to cancel the subscription because it’s payed £14.99 for another 3 months. Can anyone help?

    I bought a lot of games digital on my Xbox 360 Console and I see alot of them on the Xbox One Store but for some reason I cant play Call Of Duty Ghosts , Assassins Creed 3 , Chivalry Medieval Warfare Etc. I payed a lot of money for these games and I dont

    How are you trying to pay for it? You can purchase Xbox 360 BC games on Xbox One or website only using credit card and paypal, and can not use account credit. Account credit can be used to pay Xbox 360 games only while using Xbox 360 console.

    It's not possible to pay for Xbox 360 games with your Microsoft Account balance unless you are using an Xbox 360 console. If you are getting the game from the website or the Xbox One console, then you have to pay either with a credit/debit card or by paypal.
