payed and downloaded tron run wont start goes to dashboard

I'm sorry to see any issues launching a game! With the game crashing to the dashboard, have you uninstalled and reinstalled it? If so, do you have it on an external hard drive or the internal hard drive on the console? If you have it on the external, install
the game onto the internal (and vice versa if you have an external available).

I downloaded mine fine paying with microsoft points but it wont start... just goes to a black screen...:/

Yeah, active downloads = what is currently downloading. Now i want you to understand this, ANYTHING that is bought and starts downloaded would be put there. To be able to download from the dashboard.

So now you're stating that I read it wrong when i buy it and it starts downloading it goes to "Active downloads", which then would allow me to download from the Dashboard?

Also, just because you don't seem to be able to see clearly, I only just bought it a day ago, which i had to pay twice for.

It's the spyro crash digital bundle it's two downloads one is spyro it has all 3 spyro games and runs fine but the other download crash never started up it goes to the loading screen before the main menu and quits to dashboard before the main menu
