Payed $9.99 for 1 month of Xbox Live Gold but I never received it!

I remember back in february, there was a special offer of 1$ a month for xbox live gold. Then in march, it was still there. So i bought it and then i have to pay $9.99? Also,xbox live authorities accidentally gave me 2 months more free gold membership. Then
i got emails stating that " we haven;t received payment". Then my account gets suspended for like a month? WTF???

Yeah, you can play online. It uses the live account, the only thing is that your account has to be "gold" which means you pay an Xbox Live Gold subscription which is $9.99/month, $24.99/3 months or $59.99/year

Xbox will allow you to purchase Gold multiple times. This is a feature called stacking. If you buy 1 Month Gold for $9.99, and then you again buy 1 Month Gold for $9.99, you will have paid a total of $19.98, and that will cover two months of Gold. You
can stack up to 36 months at a time. This also applies to store-bought prepaid cards, and a combination of paid subscriptions and prepaid cards. This does NOT, however, apply to those 48-hour trials and such that you receive with games.

I have a 3 month recurring payment subscription that was due to be payed on the 20th of January. I also have a 1 month recurring payment subscription that is currently payed for.

I currently do not have access to my games with gold. I have seen dual charges both labeled as Xbox Live Gold in differing amounts ($24.99 and $9.99 to be precise).

I also have an Xbox Game Pass account and am currently past due on it, but that isn't part of my concern.
