Payed $9.99 for 1 month of gold, but it expired the same day!

This was on my account. Needless to say WOW. Merry Christmas to me. It shows like this on their official Billing site.

did the gold got converted into game pass ultimate or vice-versa?

I'm stuck on the same issue.

My GP Ultimate is due to expire sometime in the next 24 I guess.

I purchased a 1 month live gold for $9.99 until I can hopefully afford a 12 month gold subscription next month (June).

However when I go to apply the key it says that the gold will be converted to 20 days of Ultimate Game Pass.

Not even 30 days!

Frankly I only play one game on console, so I don't need or want Game Pass.

Gold offers that appear on your screen are random. You never know when they come, so if you pass on it when you see it, it may be lost. It may happen again, it may not.

As for Gold time, the subscription starts the day it's activated, so there's never a worry about when it expires.

If you get a 1 month subscription, it will expire 1 month from when it starts. Same with a 3 month or 12 month, you get your full time.

Wait till the ultimate expires then add it and upgrade

So after it expires I redeem the 3 months of gold and will it convert to 50 days and 1 month of ultimate at no cost?
