    Hello Support-Team,

    yesterday i purchased 2x 3 months gold membership, first one with paypal and second time with a 15€ gift card (redeemed the code and then bought it in the store) but i ddnt have any access to partys, multiplayer etc. even tho that my account balance was
    charged (from the 15€ are 2€ or 3€ left)

    If there is a problem with paypal could you simply delete that purchase with it? since the second one should be fine.

    Yes, but if you've activate the 2 month gold and 1 month is already over and you'll activate the 3 month gold you've 4 month gold.

    i was charged for gold but i didnt get the service.

    my susbcription of 3 months of xbox live gold expired in 06/26/2018 and i canceled the automated renewal, but in 06/27/2018 i got charged for another 3 months that i didnt want. then i found out that i cant play online or get games with gold because i wasnt
    subscribed to gold. the payement was done but still i dont get gold. i wanted to know how to activate gold or better yet get my money back because i didnt get what i was suppoused to pay.

    Just another point and one worth noting. You can exchange Gold Membership Rewards for Game Pass Ultimate on a 3:2 conversion.

    Therefore rather than paying 35,000 points for 3months Ultimate you can buy 2x 3Months Gold for 30,000 and get 4months Ultimate.

    Saves you 5000 points and you get an extra month.

    Yes, but if you've activate the 2 month gold and 1 month is already over and you'll activate the 3 month gold you've 4 month gold.

    I agree the Xbox is overpriced. PS3 offers 16 gig models around the same price of the 360 4 gig.And at $15 a month for live thats 3 times the price of the $60 gold offer at $5 a month.I didnt realize you had to pay that much.My bad.
